The Grand Est region wishes to facilitate the digital transition of VSEs, SMEs and ETIs so that they can remain competitive in the face of changing consumer habits.

The Digital Transformation program enables companies to:

  • improve their digital skills;
  • have all the necessary equipment to digitize it.

This grant is a digital check that funds:

  • advice and digital services;
  • digital solutions for your business.

Grand Est Competitiveness

This program brings together 2 tracks that aim to help industrial companies and companies providing services to industry:

  • the SME modernization pathway ;
  • the industry of the future course (digital transformation).

In each pathway, the grant funds a diagnosis and personalized support by a professional.

The maximum rate of assistance is 50% of eligible expenses with a ceiling of 16,000 euros.

Grand Est Rebound Loan

Subsidized by Bpifrance and in partnership with the regions, the Prêt Rebond Est supports and accompanies SMEs that are experiencing difficulties related to :

  • a cyclical crisis;
  • temporary financial instability (effects of the health crisis, digital transition, ecological transition).

The minimum amount is 10,000 euros, capped at 300,000 euros over a period of 7 years, including 2 years of deferred capital repayment. No guarantee is required.

Aid to social utility companies

The objective is to financially support companies with strong SSE values, operating in the social sector and not relocatable. The purchase of computer equipment contributing to the competitiveness and development of these structures are eligible. The maximum grant is 200,000 euros.
