What is the Digital Pass?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The digital pass system is made up of booklets of several passes, similar to meal tickets. It gives beneficiaries the right to access – in previously qualified locations – digital support services. In exchange, the structure that accompanied the person holding the Digital Pass is paid the value of the pass.<\/p>\n\n

The Digital Pass scheme relies on several actors:<\/p>\n\n

  • The sponsor of the Digital Passes is the one who buys the Digital Passes in order to provide access to support for the target audience (e.g. the State, a public service operator, a local authority, a foundation, a private company, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The prescribers or distribution structures of these digital passes are the actors who deliver the digital passes to the users (a CAF, a postal agency, a rural town hall, an association). These prescribers can be the sponsors themselves. They are identified and mobilized according to the audiences that the funding sponsor wishes to target.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Beneficiaries who receive digital Passes and can be accompanied by this Pass booklet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Local actors who provide support to users and who are paid the value of the Pass (public digital space, France services, digital mediation association, library, social center, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Digital Pass operator, who issues the Passes, mobilizes stakeholders likely to participate in the success of the deployment, and qualifies and consolidates local players capable of supporting the public and therefore receiving the Passes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The Pass Num<\/strong>\u00e9<\/strong>rique in Martinique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    It is therefore up to the Regions to implement this aid for digital transformation, also called PASS Num\u00e9rique. In the Martinique region, the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique (CTM) has set up the various aid<\/strong>es<\/strong>dedicated to<\/strong>the digital sector<\/strong>,<\/strong>offering<\/strong>long-term support<\/strong>to entrepreneurs<\/strong> withbusiness<\/strong>creation or development projects<\/strong>, toensure their economic viability<\/strong>. This takes the form of a grant of \u20ac8,000 to \u20ac10,000 for companies with fewer than 30 employees to develop their online presence or modernize the company’s digital tools.<\/p>\n\n

    How to<\/strong>\u00e9<\/strong>n<\/strong>\u00e9<\/strong>How can you benefit from the Pass Num<\/strong>\u00e9<\/strong>rique in Martinique?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    To benefit from this assistance, the company must have a defined digital transformation project. This project must represent a strategic issue and a growth potential for the company.<\/p>\n\n

    The involvement of potential external service providers must be targeted and estimated. The<\/strong>purchase of computer equipment may not exceed 25% of the<\/strong>total expenditure<\/strong>. The total duration of the project must not exceed 24 months from start to finish (with a possibility of renewal every 2 years).<\/p>\n\n

    To apply for the Digital Transformation Pass, the company with the project must first contact the Digital Sectors and Very High Speed Broadband Department (Digital Economy Development Service).<\/p>\n\n

    It must download on the website of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique, a standard file of presentation of the project, to complete and to transmit to the instructing service. At the same time, it must send a letter requesting a grant to the President of the Executive Council.
